Refund Policy

Try first, then buy. Every new account gets ClearPenny Base free for 7 days, with no card needed, so you can make sure it works for you before paying. Because of that, all purchases are final: plans (Base, Pro and the Pro upgrade) and AI credit packs aren't refunded once bought, except in the cases below.
When we do refund
- Duplicate purchases: if you bought the same thing twice by mistake, we refund the extra one when we see it, or when you ask.
- If it didn't work: if you paid but never received your plan or credits and we can't fix it, we refund you.
- Where the law requires it: nothing here limits refund rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
To ask, email support@clearpenny.app from your account's email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded plan and the credits that came with it are removed (credits already used stay used); refunding Base after upgrading also removes Pro.
Etsy purchases
Purchases made on Etsy are handled by Etsy under Etsy's rules and our Etsy shop policies (digital downloads are final sale there too). A refunded or cancelled Etsy order loses its ClearPenny access and credits.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through your bank, the plan and its credits are removed.
